6. RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

  • However, in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
