Return & Refund Policy – Vibe Vastra

At Vibe Vastra, all products are carefully checked before dispatch. As we are a new brand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference.

However, we do provide support in the following cases:

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Important Notes:

  • No return/refund will be accepted without valid proof.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
