  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. SHIPPING TIME

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.


5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details (address, phone number, PIN code).

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Our delivery partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.


6. DELAYS & ISSUES

  • Vibe Vastra is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier service issues

    • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.

  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours for investigation.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution where applicable.
